Welcome to Gibsonia RV Park!

We’re a small, safe, and conveniently located RV park offering a simple, no-frills stay in the heart of Central Florida. Our location makes it easy to enjoy Lakeland and surrounding cities while having a quiet, comfortable place to park.

All sites include water, sewer, electric, WiFi, and trash. One all-inclusive rate. No surprise bills or hidden fees. Please note: 30 amp service only.

$75 non-refundable deposit required to reserve your space. Weekly Rate: $345 Monthly Rate: $850

RVs older than 10 years may be accepted at management's discretion. Units must be clean, well-maintained, and in good visual condition. Photos may be required prior to approval.

Rules for All Guests & Tenants

Occupancy & Visitors

Maximum 6 guests per reservation unless approved
Includes 2 adults; additional adults $25/month each
Primary guest must be 18+ and present at check-in
Children 14 and under must be supervised at all times
Visitors must follow all park rules
Visitors staying 3+ days must register
First 14 days visitors stay free; after that $10/day per visitor
